Quality Assurance
All dance teachers are rigorously screened and vetted in accordance with DfES guidelines.
Checks include enhanced DBS disclosures, List 99 checks, 5 years references, medical checks, verification of professional qualifications and a face-to-face interview. In addition, all teachers are taken through an induction programme, which outlines processes, expectations and standards.
Upon arrival at a school we will provide schools with a compliance certificate that contain the teachers DBS Number, DfES Number and Photo ID. Schools can therefore be assured that our teachers are of the highest possible standard.
